And now, Audi is using groundbreaking technology to help entertain and inform while providing a welcome distraction from the news headlines. The new “Insight Audi Design” live stream allows you to use your smartphone, tablet, or PC to explore design processes at Audi. The interactive discovery tour has now been added to the online tours at AudiStream.
The online interactive tour is hosted by experienced tour guides who explain the Audi design philosophy and let you explore and experience every aspect of what goes into creating those awesome Audi automobiles.
The new “Insight Audi Design” tours on AudiStream are free, and the interactive event is being rolled out first in German, with an English version coming soon.
Using exclusive video sequences, the guides explain how the Audi design team is developing the design language of the future. The guides answer questions from virtual visitors and construct the roughly 20-minute live stream according to the wishes and interests of the participants. With AudiStream, Audi is the first manufacturer to offer online discovery tours. The “Insight Audi Design” stream complements the “Audi live at the Ingolstadt factory” online tour that was launched late last year. The virtual factory tour provides insights into selected production sections as well as technical highlights of the brand.
AudiStream launched late last year with the online feature “Audi live at the Ingolstadt factory.” Participants learn how an Audi is made, from the first production steps in the press shop up to the last manual operations during the final assembly.
