NSU Prinz TT

It’s okay if you’ve never heard of the NSU Prinz 1000 TT. An obscure car today, it led NSU’s foray into the automobile market and developed a cult following among vintage racing enthusiasts. Built from 1965 to 1972 it featured 1.0 and 1.2-liter four-cylinder engines producing upwards of 80 hp. Both the TT and TTS were successful in rally racing and hill climbs, which may be why Audi revived the name in 1999 with for TT coupe and convertible.
