My wifes 2001 A4 just gave cel and we took it to the local (non Audi) garage after the engine started knocking for the first couple of seconds at start up. After that it goes away and seems fine. Well the code was P0011 which i'm assuming is the cam tensioner. Can anyone tell me if this is something that is a costly fix? The car has 90k on it and has been meticulously kept up on maintenance. Any help would be appreciated.
