Does AWD/FWD have anything to do with the engine ECU or thats a
whole load of another thing. because i just baught a ECU and not sure if that has anything to do with it. i baught a ECU from a 98 Passat with the same #'s on my A4 1.8t im just curious

On ATW motors the software is close enough to identical for my passat to run
Audi A4 quattro software with "Zero" issues....! My Engine ECU and mmart's part numbers are identical in my recollection.
