ECU identification? Pics inside.

I'm curious as to what car its for, its a VW/Audi ECU for sure and its chipped with something.
Can anybody help me out here?

early dbw motronic ME 7 ECM. A chip tuner, who can hook up the ECM on the bench to a PC and get the specifics downloaded will ID the car model and engine via part number. You can also try doing a bench hookup on a VAG-COM, by connecting the +12vdc,ground and obd2 diagnostic lines to the corresponding header pins on the ECM.
