Help! with N75 error after engine swap

Hey guys,
I recently did a complete engine swap on a 2001 1.8T AWM 5sp FWD.
Below are the codes my VAG-COM is pulling:
Address 01: Engine Labels: 4B0-906-018.lbl
Part No: 4B0 906 018 M
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0003
Coding: 16001
Shop #: WSC 12345
2 Faults Found:
16496 - Intake Air Temp. Sensor (G42): Signal too Low
P0112 - 35-00 - -
17956 - Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Open Circuit
P1548 - 35-00 - -
I measured the resistance at the solenoid - it's good. I disconnected the connector, cranked the engine a few times and then measured the voltage at the harness....nothing! How do I trace this circuit? I could have screwed up somewhere when the harness was reconnected, but how do I troubleshoot this circuit or locate the associated fuse?
