misfire on #2 , which coil pack is that on an a4? and wtf, does beru not supply the gaskets w/ them?

if switching the coils doesn't change the misfire location do this.

This happened to me also...
and ended up replacing the ignition contol unit (ICU). So do the coil swap and if that doesn't work, then its most likely the ICU. Remember it was a little over $130 from autohausaz.com. My car is a 1999 1.8TQM.
