If you have vag, clear all the codes, if not, unplug the battery for 10-15 min
that will clear the codes.
You injectors could be dirty, try giving it a can of seafoam, in the fuel tank.

Ok added Seafoam took it for a 20min drive & prob still there it's like a flat spot at 3000RPM
Problem then goes as I rev out
So if I constantly drive at high revs it seems to not have a problem
What do u think?

I have oil coming from the front of the motor behind my timing belt
I am quite certain it is coming from behind the timing belt tensioner and not from my cam seals is this possible? maybe my head is cracked somewhere. I know I had blow back in my intake manifold
