Went to Audi Dealer and they said that the Breather system components were pluged and needed to be replaced. They gave me a list of stuff that needed replaced. See below. Can any of this be cleaned and reused or does it have to be new ? Where are these parts located ?

06A-133-751-AF pump 184.80

shouldnt the breather system be part of the emissions and be replaced under emissions warranty? this is 2005 TT 1.8 180hp

I was told that the pump was the vacuum jet pump and the valve was the PCV valve. Can this vacuum jet pump be cleaned out and reused ? $184.80 seems kinda high. also $108.00 for a tube, can this be reused ? I hate to replace paarts that dont need replacing only cleaned out with some carb cleaner or something.
