I had a smililar problem when going over rough roads/RR tracks back in July, & it was my tie rod ends. I replaced them with the heavy duty ones from ECS Tuning, & it has been great ever since. Sounds like you're having more symptoms than I did though. Just thought I'd add it to the bag of suggestions anyway.

Believe me, I've kicked the crap out of this car by now. I've tapped, pried, knocked, karate-chopped, and I have cursed. Stabilzer bar and bushings are rock solid. Pads don't move. I'll check the metal clips on the caliper one more time.

Mine looked like hell. A week after I replaced the noise started. I replaced front pads and rotors a couple weeks earlier.

I don't try to pretend that I know a lot about suspension issues because my experience is limited in that area. Audio is more my forte.

I also learned that when hitting the wheel with the heel of my hand to hit the tire, not the edge of the rim. That was a painful mistake to say the least
I had an arc shaped bruise on my hand for a lil while after that one...

My tie rod ends looked nasty, especially the right one. I was like one sharp turn away from certain death.
