I recently encountered the same noise, except from my rear end (not due to beans). Turned out to be a wheel bearing. My shop (Tru-Wheels in Weymouth, Mass)replaced it for very reasonable money. Just my 2 cents.

The tech at Tru-Wheels changed the fluids in my front and rear diffs, changed the oil, replaced the rear wheel-bearing, and thoroughly checked out the 8 new control arms I bought from ECS Tuning. I think the bill came to just under 500 bucks. Money well spent, in my opinion.

Default That wasn't too bad, considering what they did

I think it's the wheel bearing on my car. I swapped the tires and there's no change at all.
