HEY WHAT KIND OF CAR IS IT? ILL BUY IT OFF YOU!JUST KIDDING.ITS NOT RUNNING ISNT IT, ITS THE CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR!! REPLACE IT, ITS BAD! VERY COMMON WITH HIGH MILAGE. ITS ON THE DRIVER SIDE HEAD AT THE REAR OF THE CAMSHAFT.ITS ABOUT 70 BUCKS ON WWW.EUROPEANAUTOMOTIVE.COM.
WHEN THE SENSOR GOES BAD THE COMPUTER THINKS THE CAM ISNT TURNING AND THAT THE TIMING BELT IS BROKEN. THATS WHY ITS NOT STARTING.GOOD LUCK.

2113 is the camshaft position sensor. and i thought you had said the 12v was dead so the cam sensor would be the issue if the car wouldnt run but i guess it is running. nevermind then. but i had gotten that code before the sensor completely failed. not letting me start the engine. and i was confident it was the sensor because that code strictly is refering to the camshaft position sensor.
is it running rough? check the crankshaft timing with the cams.
a quick way to just visually check is take the timing belt covers off and turn the crank over by hand until the TDC mark is aligned, then look at the camshafts.the larger holes in the diomond shaped plate should be facing each other. if the smaller holes are facing each other turn the crankshaft 360 degrees so the camshafts rotates 180degrees. if you see the 4 holes form a line from camshaft to camshaft. then its theroeticly in timing but for precise checking you need the tool for it.
oh and sorry about the caps i didnt know its harder for ppl to read.works for me but i guess wont use it.
