Default 12v swap comes erly... HELP

ok, so my motor started knocking this weekend, currently in process of tacking the knocking side head off the car. what i noticed is that the cam bearing towards the timing belt side is scorched beyond recognition! (aka, the head is f#cked so is the cam)
My car got a AAH motor in it, if i put an AFC motor in place, i take it ill have to change the ECM, what else will need to be replaced? Please help, as i need to have this car back on the road in about 2 weeks and AAH motors are hard to find around here. Thank You!!!

AFC should swap right in. ECM does not need to be changed.
