about how hard is it to replace the lower oil pan gasket?

do you happen to know the torque specs for the bolts?

Default good'nough tight? :-P

iirc the oil pan bolts are 7 ft-lbs or so. So basically, hold a 1/4" drive around the center so you have next to no torque advantage and get 'em good and snug. Worked for me at least.

Default this was pretty much my experience from the lower pan gasket...

... although, <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4/msgs/2610234.phtml">as you can read</a>, I did have to drill a small hole first.
