I am going to check the gap on these plugs as I am not shure if they are gapped or not...gap should be .032???

Default You can get the NGK 3 prong copper plugs (OEM) from Advance Auto Parts for around $4 a plug...

You have to order them but they can usually have them in a day or two. This is what I do. You can probably order them from their website, too.

Sorry, I can't help with the Champion plugs.

Default Even a VW dealer won't charge more than $7 for one NGK

The Audi dealer might charge more, though...

Default you need to pinpoint Why the plug was bad for you... the Champs have been alright for me over 3yrs

I originally bought the Bosh Platinum 4prong sparkplugs and they were horrid. Bad fuel ignition, crap timing, poor motor response, etc.

I might also be inclined to try the Bosh single Platinums, but for now the Champion Coppers have been more than adequate for every EUROPEAN vehicle I've owned.

Just like the Bosch platinum 4's. Crap idle, sputtering, missfires, NGK's no problem.
