A little late, but I finally updated the one I put together
If there are any errors or omissions, please tell me!
One thing I have't found out is where the cruise control vac hose goes. It seems to disappear under the ABS control unit. I don't know where it gets vacuum from.

That's it!
You pull the line that comes out of the top of the plenum off the EGR control solenoid and plug it. Leave the EGR solenoid open.
I cut the hose in the middle, plugged the one to the plenum, drilled two holes in the top of the plenum cover, and stuck the two vac hoses in there. I doubt anyone would notice the (illegal) modification at a casual glance. For the smog-check, you need to hook the vac hose back up.
By doing this mod, you disable the EGR, which, at medium throttle, will let inert exhaust get into the manifold. This will give you <b>improved power and throttle response at medium RPM</b>. At WOT it won't matter, since the EGR won't let any exhaust in the manifold anyway.
This mod will not trigger a CEL.
