I tried to order item # 5233T8 (Silicone O-rings for PCV quick connects)
and they told me they ONLY sell to companies.

Anyone have a account with them? or already have above mentioned O rings and wants to sell 2-4 or them?

MMC shouldn't require you be a business to buy from them. I've been buying from them "personally" for over 3 decades and keep a current CC w/expiriration date on file with them at their online site. I have found out they won't ship express/overnight to me because I'm not a business. But it's been that way with them/me for years so I plan ahead.

I have ordered from McMasterCarr recently using their online order forms. While there is an option to fill in a business name and address, I didn't. I had to register on the site, but I did not need a business account. I paid with plastic. My $18 order was processed just fine and I received it within three days.

I called them myself and they told me that they would not sell to me if i was not a busess. CC or no CC.

Anyone here that CAN order from them feel like ordering some Silicone O rings for out PCV Quick connects?

I've never called them. Just ordered online. Have you tried that? Or have you searched to see if there's a Canadian online o-ring manufacturer/reseller in Canada. You have all the o-ring specifications from my post. MCM isn't the ONLY place that sells em. I buy em 8-9 miles from home.

Yes I placed a order. It got canceled, I called to ask why and was told that no business no sell.

if you are by chance going to be near the place you buy them in the next month or so, would you mind picking me up/mailing me a set or 3? I can Pay pal you all costs incurred of course
