Best oil for 12v with 86,000?? Synthetic?

If you have lot of gunk and build-up in the engine, then you may want to consider cleaning the engine internally (Auto RX), or you can change your oil a couple times earlier than usual. Synthetic oil will loosen deposits that dino oil has left behind, and in extreme cases, this could clog an oil passage or an oil filter. But with a reasonably clean engine, switching from dino to synthetic is no problem.

people like to use <a href="http://www.auto-rx.com/">Auto-RX</a>. The guys on a popular oil forum love that stuff. I would say it does not belong in the same category as snake oil.

I remember the oil gurus were saying Lubro Moly oil contained no moly, but I haven't seen a data sheet or oil analysis. I'd love to get more info in it!
