camshaft torque specs?

camshaft torque specs?
dos anyone have the torque specs for the camshaft bearing cap and the pattern? i had my loose when i was replacing the lifters but they were not torqued to spec :-(

Tightening torque is 20 N-m (15 lb-ft). Tightening sequence is as follows....
* Install front and rear (1 & 4) bearing caps.
* Gradually and evenly tigthen bearing caps 1 and 4 alernately in diagonal sequence.
* Install the inner two bearing caps (2 & 3).
* Gradually and evenly tigthen bearing caps 2 and 3 alernately in diagonal sequence.
* Gradually and evenly tigthen bearing caps 1 and 4 alernately in diagonal sequence.
* Install the inner two bearing caps (2 & 3).
* Gradually and evenly tigthen bearing caps 2 and 3 alernately in diagonal sequence.
