Default Car stalled 9 times on my way to class

My car loves to stall when idling, and it's learned to stall right away when I push in the clutch (which is awesome going around corners). It use to stall only like once a day, but now it's a lot worse.

I have cleaned the ISV (and MAF, and Throttle body, and everything inbetween). That seemed to help a little, but not anymore.

Now my new plan is to replace all the vacuum lines and the O2 sensors. Hopefully this will fix my problem.

Default Sometimes cleaning the ICV or ISV doesn't help. I cleaned mine, but ended up just replacing it

because cleaning didn't help.

Default Don't you get a code?

Finding out if the ICV is defective is easy: pull the electric connector off the ICV (engine off) and measure the resistance across the two terminals. If you get between 7 and 11 Ohm, the ICV is in working order. Mine was at around 12 Ohm and was defective.

The MAF is of course another possibility, but cleaning the MAF enabled me to use the same MAF for only another half year or so.

Poor idle and stalling can be a compound problem that is difficult to fix completely. Always start with the cheapest suspect parts (vac hoses) and work your way up to the expensive parts (ICV, MAF). I noticed an incremental improvement wit each step, but only when finally all components were replaced, idle performance returned to "like new."

Why are you dis-engaging your clutch around corners?
