Cleaning Injectors: Is Seafoam more effective added to gas or through vacuum hose?

Next you pull it through the vacuum line, (do this right b4 you run it through the oil). After running it through the vacuum line into the intake let the car idle or even drive it for a bit, making sure your getting all the residue out (follow the instructions on the can for adding it to the vaccuum line). Direcly after that and while the oil is hot, shut the car off and add it to the oil (give it a minute or two so it makes its way to the bottom of the pan), restart the car and allow it to idle for 5 minutes (no more) Then shut the car off and change your oil, making sure to also change your oil filter (but who would do that, you would be surprised).
Seafoam in your crankcase (oil) while driving is not a good idea !! Running it through the oil is not recommended unless you are worrying that or know that you have a sludge problem. Gas and threw the vaccuum line should be enough.
