All cylinder have compresion where should a start looking to find leak. only a little coolant is in the oil.

I'd look for leaks at input and output seals for all the drives and differentials, leaks at the brake wheel cylinders....and leaks anywhere else.

I'd look at suspension bushings, front and rear. CV boots. Scrapes on oil and ATF pans, and anything else that looked out of place.

Iknow my rear diff seals are wet but the rest is good.

Where on the oil cooler does it leak?

internal failure allows oil and coolant to mix...on the C4's at least. B5's might be different.

Does the valley pan gasket stop oil and coolant from mixing?
