I took my ride in for an alignment yesterday and was told my MY doesn't have a front camber adjustment and that ride height was pretty much the only way to get it within specs. True?

unless you buy some expensive upper control arms that are adjustable. How low is your car? Mines about 1.5" lower (2 finger gap) and although my camber is out of spec in the front it has not affected tire wear.

My mechanic said he got one side within a sixteenth of a degree of spec, and the other side just inside spec. He had to raise the car about .75" all around but it still looks great (especially compared to how it looked before). He did say I can expect a little more tire wear on the insides of the fronts than normal, and to rotate them religiously. I think it's a fair trade.

I guess the trade off I'll take is a slightly higher ride height for decreased tire wear. Further, I'll take the increased tire wear, compared to stock ride height, for the trade off in handling.
