Default Just bought the front snub and rear diff mount for them...

Ill be installing them both tomorrow. I'll get back and let you know what I think. They're replacing the super worn stock parts so I bet it will be nice and firm. Both the snub and rear diff mounts are poly FYI, although the diff mounts aren't as firm as the snub.

Hope that helps. Unless you're talking about engine mounts?then I'd say look into the S4 or RS4 motor mounts.

Default you sure about that? might want to call them and ask if it'll work...

I have their track density and street density tranny mounts for my 4000. If the track density motor mounts are anything like the tranny mounts, you'll have to not care about vibration as they're hard as a rock.

I was in awh how much vibration I got after I installed the track density mounts on the tranny... coupled w/ my poly engine mounts it was a lot. Went away after the mounts broke in, but the car is def locked down.

Default yeah....I tried to order the track density tranny mounts for my 12v......someone there told my over

the phone that only one side of my tranny would fit the mount and the other side would need an oem mount......I took their word for it..they said I sjould get the street density for the one side that it fit, and an oem replacement for the other side......so i did. When I got the components in the mail I had recieved a streest density 034 mount and a oem mount for an I5 tranny. I threw away the box for the I5 mount, so I coudnt return it....anyways,since I already had a street density mount, I ordered another street density mount. I installed them about 5 months ago.....and I was....and still am very happy (although I would have rather installed the track density mounts). I currently have the Delrin CA bushings, Billet aluminum subframe mounts, street density tranny mounts, and poly snubber. But my stock motor mounts are SHOT TO ****.....I called 034 right after posting this thread the other day, and they said that the motor mounts they had would only fit I5 models.....Is this true???????? If not, I would like to get some as I like their stuff alot. If they really wont fit, I am trying to source some poly (or similar) motor mounts from somewhere else.......I dunno, maybe I can make my own poly mounts...couldnt be that hard, right?

Default yeah, they were mixing you up with the 1.8T tranny mounts...

as everyone for some reason only thinks these cars come with a 1.8T... lol.

1.8Ts have one normal one funky mount on them... I'm surprised they botched that up like that.

if your 12V is a B4...2002 Allroad mounts will work with some slight modification.

Default Re: question......are they much of an improvement over stock 12v motor mounts?

they feel ok. My stock mounts were original from 1995 and not in the best shape so hard to make a comparison.
