Default What about with a K&N cone filter? will removing the screen help that as well?

I see no need for it since the wilter is doing all the blocking of particles into the engine.

It would be worth a try, it is completely replaceable if it doesn't work out for you.

Default well...i got it off too....

I didn't notice that great of improvement, however the throttle feels much more responsive at low end...this is only after some 5-10 miles...we'll see later!
