i'd start to worry if that LED was a switch instead of jjust a light...
probably a lil oil slick or something to fend off the faster cars trying to keep up with him

If you wanna get really high-tech... (prolly safer too), put the LED on TOP of the dash...
that way it is kinda like a head's up display, but put a fuseable link in there or something so you could "unplug it." You wouldn't wanna look down when you're testing that thing 'cause chances are you're traveling fairly fast and that could be dangerous... an AW no-no.
