On the manual (link below), it tells you to torque the camshaft bolt to 52 ft. lbs. And how do I know/measure tightening the bolt to 52 ft. lbs?

DIY timing belt

You'll want to use a torque wrench and set the calibration to the torque you need. The camshaft bolt neds 54 lb-ft. of torque (per MikTip's diagram). So you'll set the torque wrench to 54 lb-ft. and will push down on the handle gently until you hear a click. This is where the torque wrench will give you an audible warning that you're at your torque setting.
I like to hit the same nut 2-3 times with about 5 minutes in between torquing. (Head bolts, I wait 1 day) This way the bolt will relax and you can re-apply torque to make sure the bolt will hold the torque setting.
I hope this helps!
