Default and the post CLEARLY says that. It also explains the difference between american/euro standards!
doesnt say it will be the same at .050" "AND" 1mm lift but rather the same at "1mm lift" or at ".050" lift". Degrees of rotation MUST be taken at the cam manufacturer's spec sheet recommended lifter pre-load. I don't know how to say it any more clearly.

Default Eurospecs Data is at 0.1mm (on their website)
I have sent inquiries to Eurospec, but no response has been forthcoming as yet. I will post when/if received.

.1mm is closer to the .004" that SAE wanted. (actually .003937")
