How much modding have you guys been able to get away with in CA with smog requirements?

Sorry I am not sure of the exact answer but because you have no responses I thought I would put that out there. There where a few posts a bit ago that actually refered to this problem. And as far as I know there was no problem everything passed even in the harshest conditions. Search the forum for something like AA CA mods or something.

I wouldn't dare going to the smog check without the plenum here. Not that this is an issue for me because my intake is stock, apart from my MAF and velocity stack, which nobody noticed.

AA Mods Installed from 7/24/03 through 8/6/04:
1. Stage 3 Bored MAF housing.
2. Stock airbox velocity stack.
3. Stage 2 - 3" MAF-to-plenum induction hose.
4. XSTB.
5. Ported and Polished my own IM and had it installed.
Failed Calif. Smog on 9/13/04 at idle for HC.
9/24/04 - Installed Fitch Fuel Catalyst.
10/19/04 - 2 new Cats from Summit Racing.
Then, around 11/1/04, I re-tested Calif. Smog and Passed with
flying numbers.
The Fuel Catalyst and the Cats got me to pass smog.
