Default I changed the

Im the second owner, i bought it @ 87k now its at 103k I've used M1(syn.) 0-40w and changed every 5k

Default It'd be interesting to know what the previous owner used

If you don't have any oil consumption issues with the 0W-40, it's perfectly fine to use. But by changing it every 5k miles, you are not making use of this oil's primary capability, which is longer drains. I'd go confidently 8k miles or more* (if UOA confirms it's safe to do so).

*only if you have no oil consumption issues, and if you do not drive only short distances etc.
