Get a magnetic pickup tool
The ICV is connected to the TB with two nuts. It's kind of hard to not drop the nuts. I suggest you hold the tip of a magnetic pickup tool to the nut right before it comes off the bolt. That way you can catch the nut before it falls God-knows-where. If the nut ends up in the belly pan, then you may be able to get the nut out by banging for 10 minutes or so on the belly pan...

No need to reprogram it. It comes like that. There are instructions in the tech section see linky.
