The ICV is connected to the TB with two nuts. It's kind of hard to not drop the nuts. I suggest you hold the tip of a magnetic pickup tool to the nut right before it comes off the bolt. That way you can catch the nut before it falls God-knows-where. If the nut ends up in the belly pan, then you may be able to get the nut out by banging for 10 minutes or so on the belly pan...
