Default I'm getting bored of my screen name, so I'm just gonna experiment for awhile.

I briefly thought about going with "rocket boy," but if you know anything about the contrast between missiles & rockets, "rocket boy" would be degrading myself. Don't get me wrong, I'm no Einstein, but I do expect more out of myself. I'm brainstorming for a new screen name, but have writer's block (as if I were a writer). Well, moribundman kinda sorta suggested I ponder writing a book on military aircraft awhile back. I'm flattered someone would suggest that, but I'm not that great of a writer. Of course some of the war stories I've skimmed through should be grateful for the editing dept. There's definately a market for Air Force books since they are a rare find, as opposed to SEAL & USMC books that obscure the shelves. Don't get me wrong, I like Rogue Warrior & have a copy of the only interview Carlos Hathcock ever did on DVD, which by the way was shortly before his recent death. You're probably asking yourself by now "what's the point here?" My answer is: there's not one. I'm just bored.

Default I could go with MnM or M&M

but I'd be compared to a trailer trash (c)rap "artist" or a candy bar.

Go metric and call yourself "120 mm"! :-P

Here, maybe you like that version better. I cleaned up some stuff.

I can make it make more "widescreen" if you want.

Default Looks great! I think it would look better if was "widescreen" as you say

I think the pic is too tall & it would look better if it were more low profile, as long as the dimensions looked realistic. What program do you use?

Oklahoma barnstormer? I guess it's better than Okie from Muskogee. Damn Merle Haggard. He's the epitome of what all people think about when Oklahoma comes to mind. Forget about Mickey Mantle, Johnny Bench, Chuck Norris, or Dr. Phil. Let's glamorize an overrated singer instead. Mr. Ed's from OK. He's a better role model than Merle, & he's dead. Then there's "The Grapes of Wrath." A bunch of ignorant people driving through the dust bowl. They certainly did one thing right--they left OK for CA. I still don't understand why more people move here from CA every year than from anywhere else. It's gotta be the cheap housing. I'll stop ranting now.

Default Okay!

The trouble is that AW won't allow anything bigger than 640x480 pixels. I'm using Photoshop 7, by the way.

PS: Rocket Man?

How is this latest version?

Compare to the original image (sized to max size):

Default As long as it's Auntie Anne's pretzles. I prefer cinnamon &sugar.

Looks like you brightened things a little, made the grass more vibrant with your blue blockers, & made the black of the SR-71 more pronounced & less faded. You'd never guess that it was raining that day by looking at the pic. The rain stopped like 10 minutes before that snap shot & started again as I was taking it.
