I think everyone is confused, Yes this can be done to your 95 90. Im pretty sure they can chip both ecu's the mms200 and the mms300, But the mms200 is more tunable for WOT so it would be wise to source an mms200 from a yard or ebay for like $100 and it is a direct plug in to your 90.

then thats why you drive it like you stole it so it can readapt to the new air flow .. or something such as that.. right?

assuming i either change the ecu, or you guys chip the new ecu as well, then basically I could mod the car to what ever extent I want, bring it to you and you can dyno tune it modifying the chip?

The ECU does _zero_ fuel trimming when at WOT. It goes to open loop and stop paying attnetion to the O2 sensor, as they are unreliable at anything other than stoich (which is not what is target under WOT conditions.
All the global trimming is done over time under light load cruising.
The timing maps, however do get dialed in quicker under WOT, and this is likely what most are feeling the difference in more quickly. However, it's a dangerous game because you're fueling could be quite far off from where it should be. If you've got a real AFR gauge and things are safe by all means put the boots to 'er. But tossing in a deshrouded MAF and goosing it with no data feedback is a sketchy game to play.
