Default oil leak between oil cooler and the block... WTF?

so i started my motor up, and OPSY... i got oil poring out of my motor like from a bucket between the oil cooler and the block. I replaced the gasket, didnt solve anything, replaced the tube and the oil cooler, still the same problem... what am i doing wrong? How tight dose the nut have to be? any suggestions? It's poring from the top portion of the mating surface. i ran out of ideas :-(

are you sure it is from the oil cooler and not from the oil pressure sender, which usually fails in the manner you describe.

I'm guessing because you overtightened the nut. It should just be "snug".

Default i hope this will work...

just put another new gasket on, cleaned the area, and put gasgaching (dont have a clue how to spell that) on the oil cooler and the mating surface on the upper oil pan, letting it sit over night and hopping it will work tomorrow morning...
