Default Random stalling has begun..

so my car has randomly stalled twice is the past week, but today it woint stop doing it, i keep throwing the code p0103
strangely enough it began happening right after i installed my new plugs (as delco rapidfires). I can start the car up and idle fine and go for a drive , it pulls strong up to redline but randomly back at idle at stops it will just stall

it will take 3-4 tries of cranking to get it going again, if i delete the code and try to start it, it only takes one crank and the car will drive fine for a bit, and eventually at idle it will stall again and the code is back

ive cleaned the maf, cleaned the ICV, most of my vacuum lines have been replaced but im going to replace the rest now

looking for some input
car has 160k and ive had no problems until today! any help would be greatly apprecuated

ive been searching the net all day for information so this is my last resort

ive tried ECU resets

i have, i cleaned the maf twice with maf cleaner
and ive cleaned out the icv

im about to go to autozone and pick up a set of ngk's...but i was still having the random stalling before, but it was more-so random at idling

now when it stalls it wont start up again until the maf is unplugged! or if i reset the ecu it will run well for about 20 mins or so then stall out at idle and leave me stranded until the hoods popped and i disconnect the maf
