Default replaced plugs after 15-20k miles, running lean

i believe i changed them out before i went back to my stock maf, throttle body is stage 3 (mance), exhaust shouldn't matter but it's 3" hi flow cat to 2.5" pipe w/ a glass pack and a hi flow muffler, 8mm spark plug wires, delco #9 plugs (changed plugs and new). I've run 2 bottles of Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant and Fuel Injector Cleaner through the fuel system and seafoamed once. oxygen sensors are the 3-wire f-150 units that were done over 70k+ miles ago (i'll order new o2's tomorrow while at work).

no velocity stack in maf, screen still in maf, mahle paper air filter, phone cord plenum gasket mod/fix, cleaned the egr passage last summer when throttle body went on, recently cleaned maf sensor wires with crc maf cleaner spray that was recently posted here.

any thoughts or other suggestions?

my narrow band air/fuel gauge does me no good really, goes into rich at WOT but not full rich, bounce from lean(not full lean) to stoich while cruising.

thoughts about getting a plx wideband and an adjustable fpr are coming to mind.

Default I'm not convinced you're running lean. Your A/F ratios via the telemetry sound good...

or as good as narrow band can deliver. Your O2 sensors would not be my first choice but thats your call.

I'd love to see the plug electrode tips close-up and personal to know first-hand if your perception of lean is really closer to to what I'd term "clean." You havent mentioned how/why you think a lean condition exists.

One thing I do know is if you're running lean your car will want to sputter and die on cold mornings when you transition from a stop to rolling start as even ECT cannot compensate enough for a lean situation in that condition.

Show me duh plugs, show me duh plugs!

Default here are my plugs...what do ya think?

From left to right plugs came from cylinder 6,5,4,3,2,1
top are old bosch platnum 4 prong (which my car HATED)
Botom are OEM NGK 3 prong

In both cases my cylinder # 6 looks kinda gross...what does this say to you?

Any reliable test for my spark plug wires to see if they are good?
If you need better pics I can do no prob.

Default little far away to see clearly but nice consistent and clean across the board...

I see nothing there that would contribute to a "lean" diagnosis but the gaps appear a little large. There's many a 12V owner that would LOVE their plugs to look that clean, dry and other than sooty-black.

Any way to stack 3-on-3 and shoot em BIG (close-up)?

Default Fine tho #6 obviously has an issue

only your final 2 pics are close enough to get a really good "read" but they also appear the ony ones to have an issue.

I'd look at ignition wires, coil or an oil control issue, ie; ring or valve seal. Eliminate the easiest ones first.

Tho I'm betting your engine is not as clean/dry internally as MFZero's below. At first glance I would guess yours is higher miles or wasnt maintained as well in its youth.
