Default You gave up any/all manufacturer recommended replacement intervals years and miles ago...

new car engines after the first 2-3 spark plug changes becomes engine-specific and dependent on the engine maintenance early on, engines internals, fuel selection, driving style, oil used, whether additives have been run thru, coil condition, ignition wire condition, POS (power output stage) condition, highway or city miles, long runs or short runs. Recommended spark plug interval changes are given for "new" cars... not cars with 75k+ miles on the odo. That "recommended spark plug change interval" was written for the new car it came with. Thats not the same car today.

Knowing what the manufacturer's recommended replacement spark plug interval "was" when new is not something most of us can or should rely on today given our cars age and mileage. Some still can but many cannot but no one "should" rely on it as the only time they change plugs. And no one should "presume" they can rely on a 10+ year old "recommendation" and just run em til the wheels fall off as its always better to pull em and have a little look-see especially when using a quart or more of oil every 3k miles.

Default I'd pull and check the NGKs every 5k miles

They tend to last a lot longer than that (20-40k mi), but looking at the spark plugs can catch problems in time, so it's time and effort well-spent. Also, I recommend you make sure the spark plugs are still snug every couple thousand miles.
