Hey all - my CLS stopped working today. The locks will not go up and down with door or remote, except manually for the front doors. I can hear the unit running but no action. What should I check in what order? I saw some other posts on this but no definitive solutions. Who has some insight for me? TIA as usual.

The vacuum pump seems to work since you can hear it. Not sure how to locate the leak...

The first place I would attack is the pump itself. Underneath the trunk mat, youll find a round metal plate with three screws in it, the pump is under there. While your in there, try the remote to see if you can hear the pump running or also for a leak if it is. If its not working, I would work toward a fuse being blown.

If you hear it running but cant hear a leak, pull the carpet off the side by the fuel door, there is a junction there that may have popped off.

Thanks. I can hear the motor running when I try to lock/unlock. I'll check behind the carpeting by the fuel door tonight.
