Default Seal Conditioners - questions on use for other non-engine parts

I'm quite pleased with the results of using "High Mileage" oil in my engine, it seems to have really slowed down the loss of oil through leaks, probably due to the seal conditioner contained in these oils. Naturally, my 1996 car has a few other leaks, i.e. rear differential seals and power steering. Are there seal conditioners suitable for use in these applications as well?

1. I'm not sure where the power steering is leaking, have already replaced the hose clamps that were the obvious sources of leaks, still using a few ounces per month. Pump or rack seals?

2. The diff seals were replaced under warranty nine years ago, it's leaving drops on the garage floor again. I would like to avoid doing this job if possible, it's a lot of work (or I'll continue to just top it off every oil change).

If seal conditioner would address either of these issues, does anyone have any recommended products and quantities to try?

Default P/S leaks:

check all the hoses that go to the P/S pump from the reservoir and the pump to the rack.

I had to replace almost all the hoses to my p/s system as well as the rack.

Way to see if the rack is leaking: poke a small pin hole in the boot (inner boot on pass or driver's side... not the one by the tie rod ends) and see if fluid comes out. If it does, rack needs to be replaced.
