Default AFC engine is of course missing on this list

There was no AFC in Europe (at least not in Germany). The AFC also calls for the NGK BKUR 6 ET 10.

Default My A4 Bentley Manual lists 0.9 to 1.1 mm for AFC & ATQ 2.8l; a whopping 1.6mm for AHA 2.8l

Apparently, the later AHA 30v got a much better coil pack than either the AFC 12v or ATQ 30v engines.

Thus, as 4AudiQ states, the spark plug gap for AFC 12v should stand between 0.035 to 0.043 inches, but beware of using plugs from any 30v engine in the 12v as they may have an inappropriate 1.6 mm (0.063") gap.

Long ago, a stealership mistakenly installed the AHA 1.6mm gapped spark plugs on my car. What a nightmare! Misfires everywhere, and they refused to admit that the plugs could have caused the misfire. Idiots! This episode actually got me interested in learning how to maintain and repair my A4.
