You should drain the oil again to see if it's milky or at least pull the dipstick. With that much gunk on your filler cap (and most likely your valve covers) there should be milk in the pan if you have a crack or blown gasket.
Have you had the intake off recently? I am not sure about Audi's but Chevy's have a coolant passage through the intake that many don't seal properly when putting thing back together... that (or something similar to that assembly on the Audi) could be causing the problem.
That picture has way too much water in it... imagine running that as lubrication for you bearings or oil rings... not good.
