throttle stick and wierd power

Does any one know y my 90 will have different low end power depending on temp. or am i full of crap? Also wut are some reasons why my throttle will stick on cold mornings?

Your throttle body is...

is probably all gunked up and needs cleaned, I am guessing thats why its sticking. As the car gets hotter you might experince some power loss.
