I'm interested in figuring out a cheap way to do some basic scanning and maybe some recoding.
Just curious if anyone has gone the way of the cheap no-name cables ect. and their compatibility with the 12v cars...
I have a legit version of the vag com software, just need to purchase a cable.
I've got a 95' cab so its OBD I and i already have the OBDII - 2x2 converter cable.
Opinions? Any luck with non-ross tech cables? Thanks!
