Vin location on engine?

Vin location on engine?
Hey guys
i just picked up an 1995 90. The engine is blown and it came with a new one I have to install.
I wanted to run the vin on the new engine but I can't find it ANYWHERE on the damn engine.
Normally I would suspect it to be on the back of one of the heads or on the side of the block. But I don't see it.
Where is the vin on the engine??

I'm not so much worried about identifying the engine right now as to just running a carfax on the VIN. I want to see what the last reported mileage was on it.
The car is a 95, but I don't know where this engine came from. I was told it had 40-50k on it but I want to try and double check with carfax.

I think Vin location is at 12V.org as well.

That shows the difference between AAH, AFC, and ACK, but I see nothing about the VIN.
I looked all over the site and I don't see it anywhere, maybe I'm just blind lol.
I'm having a guy on another forum run my vins for me. If you wanna send me your vins you want run I can see if I can get them done too.
