I just can't have some air compressor/tank in the garage due to lack of space, so my alternative maybe is an electric one?
Any suggestions? brands? power?

is it 1/2 or 1 HP? is this good for suspension removal too? There is a cheaper one (Nikota brand) at my local parts store for $49.

Here is a link to the one I have. I see they dropped their website price because it used to be $60. They had a buttload of them on ebay for $35 or so and they also came with a 11 piece impact socket set as well as the four it comes with. This was a while ago, though, so you probably won't get that lucky. Did you check Harbor Freight, too?
I don't recall the HP of this one.<ul><li><a href="http://www.whiteboxtools.com/detail.cfm?productID=1009">Electric Impact Wrench 1/2 in. Drive</a></li></ul>

I have always wanted an impact wrench, but since I live in a townhouse complex, I was a bit afraid to buy an air compressor. (The neighbors would hate me for life.)
This seems like the perfect solution. But is it really just 220 newton-meters? (That's about 170 lb-ft. of torque.) I'm sure that's enough for most things, but other electric impact wrenches draw 7 amps and putout 220-300 lb-ft of torque. (But they're much more expensive...)
