would it ok to use an expoxy rated to 200 degress to fix a broken breather hose?

Default If you absolutely must fix it instead of getting a new one

Use epoxy resin that remains flexible once cured. Soak a strip of cloth in resin and wrap the cracked hose, making sort of a cast. Should hold at least until you can get a new breather hose.

You should be able to get a used but good breather hose at a parts yard for cheap!
