I had a MBC on my 180 TT for about 2 yrs and no problems. The K03 can handle a steady 18-20 psi and the 2.0T engine is a strong platform that can more than handle it.

I have another question for you, did you have to buy the forge spacer for the dv or can you just get the kit without the blow off spacer. All these parts are confusing me, can you shed some light on it for me. Thanks bro.

You dont have to get the spacer, its so you can get that loud sound. At least thats what I am understanding about it.

was told by the guy who installed it that the boost guage and the dv are not a big deal. its just a time consuming job because of the position your in. you have to unscrew things that get into the way and there is only one way to go. the dv sits right under your face when you remove the shields and didnt look hard at all to remove..and the boost guage didnt seem tough either. if you know the basics youd do good..wouldnt recommend it to people who are clueless though.

spacer is just for the noise..nothing else. i dont have nor want to waste money on god knows what that part will make my car sound like. i love the way my car sounds. if you have the stock dv, once you get this one the blow off sound is much crisper. no honking sound when you let off the gas..
