Question 2.0t Durability and when to hold or fold

I’ve had five A4’s over the years. In between Audis, I’ve had a Saab, Mercedes, and a BMW. All vehicles were leased, so I’ve never actually owned a German (or Swedish) car, or had one for the long haul. All were returned at lease end with relatively low mileage. The current Audi is a 2019 B9. Of all these cars, the B9 has been the best, in terms of engine, performance, quietness, and comfort. Due to the recent disruption in the new and used vehicle markets, at lease end, I bought the Audi. It has just under 30k miles. I’m concerned about long term durability. I’m at the stage of life where I’ve retired and need to keep a closer focus on expenses (car ego also wanes as you age. Just like other stuff, not a topic for a car forum…).
When will this engine and trans start giving me trouble (assuming I meet or exceed Mfg maintenance recommendations)? I can easily sell the Audi for more than I paid for it and join the other “old folks” with their Accords and Camrys. When should I get out while the getting is good? What say you?
Cheers

I imagine you'll get more eyes on the question in the actual B9 A4 forum, as there will be a lot more traffic there. The B9 A5 forum would also be relevant, but they started a year later, so the B9 A4 forum is likely to have the older examples. Beyond the coolant pump issue and the turbo wastegate issue (both involving the electric control systems Audi added to those components for B9), I don't remember reading anything consistently or expensively. At some point, the timing chain will need replacement. But it seems like you're a lower annual mileage person than say myself (~18k/year). I've got 245k and 14 years on my Gen2 2.0T. And it's been generally without problem, after replacing the rings/pistons once (85k; AoA paid), replacing the timing chain once (130k), replacing the intake manifold once (130k), replacing the turbocharger once (150k), etc. Oddly, the coolant pump is one thing that I've not had to deal with; just keeps on working.

The electromechanical power steering rack control module (J500) seemed like a reliability nightmare in the B8.5, water intrusion or such commonly. I assume they figured that out for B9.

The DL382 DCT transmission. Who knows. The DL501 seemed to be nothing but a chain of 50/50 coin toss. But it was also on the S4 for B8. Will the DL382 survive better over time in the lower powered A4? And a 2019, so you probably have quattro ultra. How will those units hold up over 100k, 200k miles. No way to know till we get there.
