2010 Q5 misfire cylinder 1

8 months ago I had the first misfire cylinder one. I drove it home on three, and got a hold of a new coil. When I drove there it fired on all fours again. Still swapped coil on cylinder 1. The next time I was far from home, and I probably drowned the cylinder so I couldn't get the car started again. A shop swapped all the coils and plugs (even though I said plugs was new..) for $700 :/ It worked for a month or two and when I had it again, I swapped my injector on cylinder one, hoping it was the cause. I was in good spirits until yesterday when it again runs on three, I've let it sit for over night and it still won't fire. What could be the cause? I should add, I've been driving the car with a blown RMS for almost a year now, didn't locate it until recently and I'm going to pull the engine when I have the time to swap it. Could that massive vacuum leak cause a cylinder one misfire, but always on that cylinder? It is the furthest from the leak, it could drown I guess?
