Take a look at the video attached. My 2.0t Q5, is FBO stage 2 from IE and i recently got this shudder thing which is mainly from 3-4k rpm's and sometimes 5-5,000. depends when i start building boost. i assumed it was just my air filter clogged with dirt but cleaned and re oiled didn't help. seems to only happen when max torque is outputted with lead me to turbo or transmission. it sounds like turbo related though. and no fault code engine or transmission at all, even pending codes, nothing. anyone have any ideas?

I didn't get any sense of an issue by watching the video. Not saying you don't have an issue, it just is not apparent when you watch video
Pull plugs, check gap and read them. (tan to light gray = good) Black, fouling, White, lean condition.
Replace and gap plugs.
I would suggest you start by logging some 3rd gear full throttle runs from 2500-6500rpm.
Look at:
Boost requested vs actual
Fueling requested vs actual
Timing per cyl - looking to see if timing being pulled during appearance of the symptom
That is where I would start.

Listen to exhaust and take note of video irregularities when it slows down. It's starts at 3100 then again at 3450 and 3850 and 4 and 4100. Hard to tell but i can hear it

Still has been going on and i'm booked for workshop tomorrow morning and last night got a misfire code. I have new ignition coils and valve lifters. The same problem listed above is the source but it's just getting worse. Unsure what is up
